These past two years have been almost like walking in a daydream.
It all began with a visit to a Reiki Master who told me that I was a powerful lightworker and had some major gifts to share with the world. Ever since I was a child I felt this need to heal, help, and spread the messages that I was receiving from Spirit. At first it was overwhelming, but as I got older, I realized that my sensitivity was my strength.
Talking to this Reiki Master was the beginning of an awakening in me that took me down a road of self-healing, higher consciousness, personal development, and opening my own practice as an intuitive healer, yoga goddess, and spiritual teacher.
Today I spend my days healing others, writing, and teaching. But it took a great shift for me to step into these shoes.
As you become awakened, you might experience strange sensations in your body, a new way of thinking, and a change in your energy level. You might experience an emotional roller coaster or find yourself hearing voices or buzzing in your ears. When we raise our vibration, our whole being shifts and this can be a traumatic and scary time. But it is necessary when you are stepping into the shoes of a healer to first go through a major change in your consciousness.
Here are 10 signs that you are experiencing a spiritual awakening…
1. Tingling in the Crown of the Head or Forehead
2. Feeling Emotional or Easily Upset
3. A Sudden Sense of Knowing or Understanding
4. Food Intolerance or Sensitivity to Chemicals
5. Changes in Hearing, Buzzing or Ringing in the Ears
6. Vivid Dreams or Premonitions
7. Connecting with Nature
8. Sensitivity to Negative People or Toxic Environments
9. Increased Energy, Lack of Sleep or Insomnia
10. An Unmistakable Sense of Gratitude to the Universe
