The Ultimate Recipe for Happiness


What You’ll Need

– An open heart
– Faith
– A sense of humor
– Sunblock


– 1/2 a cup of self worth
– 2 tablespoons imagination
– 1 whole can of laughter
– 3 cups appreciation
– 1 great sense of adventure
– 1/3 cup of fairy dust
– 2 hours of sunshine
– 1 big hug
– 5 great friends
– 1 hour of exercise (preferably outside or yoga)
– 1 happy person around you (it’s contagious)


Mix thoroughly. Chill over night.
Serve with a side of Love, Laughter, and Joy.
