Several years ago my friends came up with an awesome tradition: Veg Thanksgiving.
Once a year we would get together and each bring an amazing vegan dish. Together we would celebrate Thanksgiving – giving thanks and sharing good food with friends – but with no turkeys (or other animals) harmed in the process.
Since I moved to Florida with my husband I have continued to tradition on my own. Would you consider going turkey free this Thanksgiving?
